Bamly ("we", "our", or "the app") is a baby feeding tracker for iOS. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Bamly does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All feeding records, timers, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's on-device storage.
We do not collect:
Bamly does not require you to create an account or sign in. There is no registration process and no login credentials are ever created or stored.
All data you enter in Bamly — feeding times, volumes, history — is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app permanently removes all associated data. We have no access to this data at any point.
Bamly PRO is an optional subscription ($1.99/month) managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.
Bamly is built with SwiftUI and uses standard Apple system frameworks (UserNotifications, WidgetKit, WatchConnectivity). These frameworks operate entirely on-device and do not send data to Apple on our behalf beyond Apple's standard operating system functions.
Bamly is designed for use by parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. Since no data is collected at all, there is no risk of inadvertent data collection from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
